Things are starting to get a little better at the home front. They are not where I want them to be. I have made a big effort in changing my ways and how I treat my family, and yet Frank is well, being nice to me. I guess thats improvement, but there are so many other things that need to be done. I have gave it till the girls start school this August to change, and then I told him if it hadn’t things would happen. Lets hope that he heard me…lol…

Well I finally won a bid on ebay for Hip Hop Ab’s. I got it for $32.00 compared to 70 something. I didn’t get the “extras” but oh well…lol…
My oldest daughter and I did the first cd today. Whew…lol… I felt so good and it was actually easy to follow. I love watching Shaun T, he made it fun to watch and made you want to keep going. I actually finished the whole workout with out stopping and my 10 year old skinny daughter had to stop…lol… HEHE… Mom ain’t too bad after all…lol
I think I am going to enjoy doing this. I just wish I had a tape measure to track any progress. I think I will go to the dollar tree and see if they have any there. They shouldn’t be too much even if I have to go to wally world, ugh…lol

Well my mother told me today that she was buying a colon cleaning kit. I was like ok… Well today I decide to look it up on th internet and I was literally grossd out. If you decide to look up “colon cleansing” on google, do not eat while you look it up… GAG… That is some nasty “shit” literally…
However, after reading what all it cleans and how good you feel after, it makes me want to go through the nasty…lol It could also be the reason why I have lost 28 lbs and can’t see it at all… I may be full of shit…lol..
